A redemption form must be completed by the guest, and submitted, online no later than 10 days prior to sailing in order to receive the onboard credit. Once the redemption form has been submitted, the reservation will be reviewed and, if eligible, the onboard spending credit will be applied to your booking within 7-10 days prior to your sailing departure date. Only one redemption form, per booking, may be submitted.
