Unfortunately, the cruise lines have different restrictions for US companies booking international guests, for most we are permitted to sell cruises however we do not make the same commissions on international bookings and as such cannot pay out the same amount.  

Wifi/Internet is available on all cruise ships nowadays. However, do not expect a similar type of speed that you get at home.  Internet is not included in the cruise fare unless mentioned.
