Embarkation & disembarkation at a port of call

When you pull into your port of call it usually takes 30 minutes for local authorities to clear the ship at which point the CruiseDirector or Captain will announce that passengers may now disembark the ship. You should bring with you cash/credit card, your room key, and your passport.

How can I change rooms?

Please contact one of our travel advisers via email/chat/phone if you would like to change your room. The ability to change your room is subject to the cruise lines inventory at the time.

How can I order gifts for someone sailing?

Cruise lines offer an assortment of onboard gift options from bon voyage champagne to casino and spa credits. In order to add the gift you would need the reservation number of the party sailing.

How can I see what my cabin looks like?

All of our ship pages have cabin descriptions you can view. Click on the name of the ship, and in the top right hand of the page you will see a tab for cabins on that particular ship.

How can I spend my onboard credit?

Guests can use onboard credits on any onboard shops & stores, to purchase drinks, for specialty dining, for having special services like massage/spa/pedicure/manicure etc. Onboard credits may not be accepted for paying gratuities & shore excursions.
