This cancellation policy is specific to Oceania Cruises and is provided for your reference. It is effective as of October 23, 2024, as stated on the cruise line's website at that time. Please ensure that your cruise is covered by this policy. Cruise Director is not responsible for any sudden changes to the policy.
Oceania Cruises Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing and received by Oceania Cruises no later than the day before cancellation penalties are to be assessed. Fare is defined as the full cost of any cruise or air component purchased from Oceania Cruises, excluding optional facilities and services fees. Please refer to the full Terms and Conditions of the Guest Ticket Contract for fees relating to the cancellation of optional facilities and services.
The following cancellation charges will be assessed for all written cancellations received up to the scheduled time of departure.
For Penthouse Suites and below, the following applies to all cruises, regardless of length, excluding Around the World Cruises:

| 181 days or more prior to departure | $150 pp Admin Fee |
| 180 – 151 days | $500 pp Admin Fee |
| 150-121 Days Prior | 25% of Fare (plus any Optional Facilities and Service Fees incurred) |
| 120-91 Days Prior | 50% Cruise Fare (plus any Optional Facilities and Service Fees incurred) |
| 90-61 Days Prior | 75% Cruise Fare (plus any Optional Facilities and Service Fees incurred) |
| 60-0 Days Prior | 100% Cruise Fare (plus any Optional Facilities and Service Fees incurred) |
For Owner’s, Vista and Oceania Suites, the following applies to all cruises, regardless of length, excluding Around the World Cruises:
