Viking Longships offer a modern Scandinavian-inspired design with plenty of natural light, stripped wood and sophisticated neutral decor. Each Longship carries 190 passengers in 95 staterooms, with energy-efficient hybrid engines for a quieter, smoother ride. The main lounge-bar with floor-to-ceiling windows is perfect for complimentary tea or coffee during the day, and for pre-dinner drinks and post-dinner entertainment. The Aquavit Terrace is an outdoor seating area with retractable floor-to-ceiling glass doors that bring the outside in when the weather is good. The Sun Deck has deckchairs and tables, with barbecues served next to the herb garden. Cabins range from Standard Staterooms to two-room Veranda Suites and Explorer Suites, with all cabins featuring smokey brown and cream colours with blond wood. Onboard food is plentiful and excellent, with waiter service in the main dining room in the evening, and buffet-style dining for breakfast and lunch. Evening entertainment often features local musicians, dancers and expert lectures on culture and history. Viking Longships are 18+ only.
