The state-of-the-art Techno Gym equipment allows you to use the very best in fitness equipment, and personal training sessions are available if you’re looking for one on one attention.

The Runway
The signature, Virgin-red running track forms a halo-like vision over the ship allowing Sailors to sweat, strut or skate. Because for some, the only kind of running is from some problems. And don't forget the SPF — because the track is outside and the Caribbean sun, unlike your problems, will catch up with you no matter how fast you run.
Training Camp
The Training Camp is where you can take one of (many) complimentary group fitness classes or if you’ve got the energy, try a handful. From gravity defying bungee classes to HIIT and breathing classes, fitness classes come in all shapes and sizes. And if you would like to try a class on your own, follow along on one of Fitness On Demand apps.
The Athletic Club
Designed with the aesthetic of athletic social clubs of the past, the club incorporates not just an active Training Camp room and boxing classes — but a basketball court and a cold-pressed juice bar. Indulging in your competitive side with friends while sipping a carrot-ginger-echinacea juice — it's the best of both wellness worlds just a few feet away from one another.
The Perch
Located at the top of the ship on Deck 17 right above The Athletic Club you'll find charming and serene outdoor space devoted to the pursuit of Vitamin Sea. Every morning starts with sunrise yoga, and during the day, The Perch acts as a Sailor's sun haven with cold water buckets hanging and waiting for you to pull the rope and drench yourself with a refreshing, homemade waterfall.

Stocked with music magazines, headphones and record players, Sailors can pull up to a listening station with a stack from the selection of both classic and current albums including special and limited editions.
