Is bigger better? It's a question on the minds of many Seabourn Ovation passengers. The 600-passenger luxury cruise ship is one deck and 150 passengers larger than its beloved trio of predecessors, but still offers the same ultra-pampering service and top-notch dining. It also offers an additional sushi restaurant, a spacious venue for The Grill by Thomas Keller, and alfresco dining concept Earth & Ocean at The Patio. Plus, it was the first to debut Seabourn's new gelato program. Artfully designed by renowned interior designer Adam D. Tihany, Ovation boasts plenty of seating nooks, both inside and out. It's also the only ship with all-new high-speed internet technology, though there were occasional hiccups. While the increased size may cause some service hiccups, passengers agree that it's minor and doesn't impact their enjoyment of the vacation. There's something for everyone onboard Ovation, making it the perfect choice for effortless luxury cruising.

The Restaurant
Before Seabourn, open-seating dining on a cruise ship was unheard of. Come when you like, with whom you please, and be seated as you wish. The room is beautiful, the cuisine is exquisite, and the service is simultaneously flawless, friendly and fun.
Solis Dining
The cuisine focuses on “foods of the sun,” garden produce ripened by long growing seasons & fresh seafood pulled from the sea.
The Colonnade
A more casual, indoor/outdoor alternative, features an open kitchen, lavish buffets or table service for breakfasts and lunch, and serves regionally themed, bistro-style dinners with table service nightly. At The Colonnade, special theme nights feature Chef Keller-influenced dinners that pay homage to his American childhood.
In-Suite Dining
Seabourn is pleased to offer a varied menu available around the clock for service in your suite. You may also order dinner from The Restaurant menu and have your meal served, course by course, in your suite or on your veranda.
