Avalon Waterways' 361-foot-long and 36-foot-wide "Suite Ship," Avalon Visionary, is a luxurious option for river cruising along the Rhine and Danube. The smaller size of Avalon Visionary also comes in handy, as it can sail all the way to Luxembourg on the Moselle, while larger ships are forced to stop in Bernkastel.
